Infrastructure & Support

We are fully authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). We work with a well-known compliance partner to ensure we are developing and maintaining best practice in all our systems and procedures, including working towards accreditation from the Law Society’s Lexcel standard (expected in 2023).

We are insured by Travelers Insurance Company (the largest insurer in the legal market) on the SRA’s standard professional indemnity terms, up to an amount of £3,000,000 of cover per claim. Extensions beyond that level of cover are available by separate discussion with our insurers.

As you would expect, we provide professional, outsourced support for document production, call answering, IT and cyber security. Most of our support providers also actively support Magic Circle law firms.

We have also developed our own customised, enterprise-grade IT ecosystem, combining industry-leading software and services, fully supported and cybersecurity accredited.

We have developed and are continuously updating a comprehensive intranet portal, which provides immediate information to all partners on every aspect of the firm, meaning that on day one our partners have all the information they need at their fingertips and have full access to all our systems and training materials.

We are able to source legal support at all levels and across all areas of expertise for your practice from our network of legal contractors and agencies.

Over time our intention is to grow a central body of associates in our core disciplines to assist our partners on a fully flexible basis.
